SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

By placing an order with PI’A, you are responsible for original shipping charges (unless you qualify for free shipping or we are offering a free shipping promotion), all applicable taxes, customs and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to PI’A for exchanges and refunds. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. 

FLAT RATE EXPRESS SHIPPING

For shipping to Hong Kong = USD 5.

For shipping to China, Macau, Sinagpore, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam = USD 10.

For shipping everywhere else = USD 35.

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

All orders will be dispatched within the next weekday.  Please note that, in times of peak demand, delays to estimated shipping times may occur.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

For deliveries to Hong Kong, we use Yamato. For deliveries to the United States, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, we use SF Express.  For all other international deliveries, we use DHL. Due to customs requirements, we cannot deliver to PO boxes overseas, so we will require either a business or private street address. On dispatch of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number and link to track your order.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the true retail value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of your country's customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
